I am beyond tired of hearing about Kilmar Abrego Garcia aka The Father from Maryland. I do not understand why the democrats and the left are not saying the truth about the type of person Garcia is and that his deportation is actually justified. Garcia was given a “withholding of removal” by an immigration judge in Maryland and was continually protected by the Biden administration and the left.

The immigration judge who granted Kilmar Abrego Garcia “withholding of removal” in 2019, a protection that prevented his deportation to El Salvador, was David M. Jones. “Withholding of removal” is a form of protection under US immigration law that prevents the deportation of an individual to their home country if they would be more likely than not to face persecution or torture there. Unlike asylum, which offers a path to permanent residency and other benefits, “withholding of removal” does not grant permanent status or the ability to petition for family members. The protection offered by “withholding of removal” is not permanent and can be revoked if conditions in the applicant’s home country improve or if the applicant is found to be involved in criminal activity. “Withholding of removal” does not allow individuals to apply for a Green Card or adjust their status to permanent residency. Despite granting the “withholding of removal,” the judge simultaneously denied two more requests by Garcia. He was deemed ineligible to apply for asylum, as he had already lived in the United States for about seven years and the window to apply for asylum expired after just one year, and similarly, Jones ruled that Garcia was not likely to experience state torture in El Salvador. This right here shows that Garcia was in the U.S. by a small thread to begin with considering he has already been in the United States for 7 years. Seven years! Strike one.

Jennifer Vasquez Sura, Garcia’s wife who is a US citizen, filed two different domestic violence reports against her husband. Sura claims her husband’s family “got in her head” by telling her that Garcia’s father was sick and knowing his son was in jail would certainly end his life. After the second filing of domestic abuse, she then claimed that they worked through their problems and that their issues were private and was why she withdrew the allegations. This shows that Garcia is a violent person and knows how to manipulate to get what he wants. It was also brought up that Garcia was an illegal. But Garcia was still somehow protected and not investigated further besides the fact that he was here illegally, married to a citizen and had a status that stated Garcia could not stay in the United States permanently. Strike two.

Body cam video has now been released showing where Garcia was caught in human trafficking. The video speaks for itself. There is no denying what Garcia was doing traveling from Texas to Maryland with an extra seat in the vehicle and other Hispanics sitting, staring forward and not saying a word. There was no luggage for the anyone in the vehicle. The license Garcia had was expired and temporary. Ever person in the vehicle had the same address. And Garcia admitted the vehicle he was driving was not his. Garcia did not even know if the vehicle had insurance! No proof of insurance would be an automatic ticket for you and me! Federal officials were contacted by the state troopers who stopped Garcia and were told to let Garcia go. Why? Garcia’s status is temporary and can be revoked if person is found committing a crime. Human trafficking is a crime! Hello! This was just another instance of Biden’s administration allowing and keeping illegal aliens in the United States. Strike three.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia you are out of here! You do not respect America. You do not respect our rules. You do not respect our laws. And you sure as heck do not respect women. And that is plain and simple.
