Los Angeles ICE agents conducted raids in several locations over the weekend and arrested over 40 people. The agents were doing the job they signed up to do working for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. By conducting these raids these agents are arresting and detaining illegal aliens who are not only in America illegally, but continue to break laws against actions such as stealing, human trafficking, rape and murder amongst other things. Now, what started as protests has become riots and destruction around these federal ICE buildings. Cars are being set on fire and lives are being threatened just because the ICE agents were doing their job. LAPD was called to assist with these rioters but drug their feet and took 2 hours or more to get to the federal buildings. The mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, another DEI elected official and sanctuary mayor, had no comment and then sides with the rioters calling ICE agents law breakers as well. A number of democratic members of Congress have called for violence and people to take to the streets over these raids and deportation. President Trump called the National Guard to help bring peace and order back to L.A. since the state of California or the city of Los Angeles can not seem to protect law enforcement, agents, or the citizens.

The democrats and liberals have been crying foul ever since these raids started back in January after President Trump took the oath of office to PROTECT and UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION of the United States. Under President Trump the border has been shut down and raids have been conducted to round up the continuous law breaking illegals first and give the illegals who are actually trying to make a better life a chance to self deport in order to have an opportunity to come back into America legally and continue making a better life. As someone who lives in a border state with Mexico, I appreciate this. But for these people who are on the left and believe that these illegal aliens should not be deported, then why don’t you take then in and make sure they are cared for until their court date. It has already been proven that illegal aliens will not show up to court for a hearing and give a thousand reasons why. Even the foreigners who come to America on a visa overstays and becomes an illegal. Then they do things like set people on fire like in Colorado. The illegals have been allowed to run a muck inside the US all the while continuing to break laws and do what they want. Well guess what? That time is over. Illegals will be arrested, get their day before a judge and be deported. End of story. And the ICE raids are the beginning of this process. For all those on the left and the liberals saying the illegals should get due process, then there you go.

Any official, elected or otherwise, who calls for violence and continues to speak violent rhetoric should be removed from office. As a member of Congress, you are to uphold the law and Constitution, not act like you are above it. If any of these so-called sanctuary cities or states call for violence against federal agents, tells citizens to hide or assist in keeping illegal aliens from federal officials, the city or state should be sanctioned in some way by the federal government. And ANYONE who tries to interfere with ICE agents or any other law enforcement agencies involved with these roundups should be arrested and given jail time. We must protect our country. Our Republic.
