Law & Order Must Be Restored

The very fact that ICE agents are being harassed, bullied and are constantly dealing with unlawful interference, it is a miracle there has not been more deaths. There are issues that need to be pointed out but are not being touched by the left or mainstream media.

ICE agents are legitimate law enforcement officers. Their job is to enforce the immigration laws of our Republic set forth by Congress. Now, you may wonder why Congress has not changed the immigration laws to what the democrats believe those laws should be. That is because normally the democrats are ok with the laws being the way they are written. Why fix something that is not broken thus far. Now, why are they up in arms about the immigration laws and how those laws are being executed? Because removing illegal aliens from the country messes up the democratic voter registries and will cause the democrats to loose seats. Blue states like California are very dependent on those illegal voters. Not to mention the census count that gives California more democratic representatives and power in DC. Also, democrats, as well as rino republicans, hate Trump. No other reason. And let us face it folks, Congress can not even pass a finance bill to keep the government funded for more than a year. So do you really think these career politicians are worried about changing the immigration laws? Please! Those fools are doing good to remember to change their underwear much less fix anything. And there needs to be changes and revamping of immigration laws.

Why are there not perimeters set around these agents when they are serving warrants? Anytime I have seen these agents trying to serve a warrant or taking someone in handcuffs to a vehicle, there does not seem to be any real set perimeter. Any kind of situation with law enforcement from an accident to serving warrants should have an established perimeter where people not involved in the situation can not go. And yet, in Minnesota, these agitators are able to walk right up and get into agents faces while serving warrants. Why? That is breaking the law. But nothing happens. Oh yeah. That is right. Local law enforcement has been told by the mayor, Frye, and the governor, Waltz, to not help ICE in any way whatsoever. The judges will not even sign warrants on these agitators when the agents try to hold these agitators accountable. So when citizens actual break the law by getting into the perimeter of an active situation, the police will not even book these agitators into a jail cell where they belong. And when there is no cooperation, these agents are left to defend themselves since there are no consequences for law breakers. And when adrenaline runs that high, bad things usually end up happening, which is what has happened in Minneapolis.

These people are not protesters. Protests are defended by our Constitution. But there are rules. Protests must be peaceful and happen in public places such as a park or on sidewalks as long as pedestrian traffic is not interrupted or access to buildings blocked. If a protest is going to block traffic, close streets or designating areas, local government can require a permit. Authorities can also reasonably impose restrictions on time, place and manner. Nothing else. That is the kind of protests that Martin Luther King Jr. marched and believed in. King believed that peaceful protest is what will get a point across and implement change. These people in Minnesota are agitators. It is a known fact that these agitators are also being paid to stop the agents from doing their job given to them by Congress. Elites and people like George Soros and NGOs like Open Society and Tides Foundation are paying the “leaders” of these agitators to organize and execute the disruption and keeping ICE agents from doing their job. These agitators walk up to the agents and get into the agent’s personal space yelling, screaming, spitting, cursing and blowing whistles in their faces. Then these agitators get mad when they are sprayed with pepper spray in their faces by agents. These agitators will push and shove agents which is also interfering with the work agents are doing. I watched a few videos where agitators just walk up and put their hands on ICE agents. The agents are already in a high stakes job. Then to have fools walk up on them while serving a warrant and put hands on the agents just makes the adrenaline levels even higher. That is when tunnel vision kicks in and bad things can and do happen, as we have already seen. Despite what the media, democratic politicians and these agitators trying to spin, what these agitators are doing is against the law. But since there is absolutely no accountability in Minnesota, these agitators just get more and more out of control.

Another point that needs to be made is the fact that there was already agitators putting hands on agents before Pretti even got involved. There is video to prove it. An agitator apparently pushed an agent into the street in front of a car and the agent pushed back. Then a woman stepped in and the agent pushed her. Then Pretti stepped in, got into the agent’s face with his phone and it escalated from there. None of these agitators had any business putting hands on these agents. Period. Yes, you can record what the agents are doing but from a distance outside of the perimeter set for EVERYONE’S SAFETY. Why is that so hard to understand? But when people who do not critically think for themselves and do not know real history are led by people who believe they are right despite what is in front of them, you have a recipe for disaster. Minnesota has become a huge example of this.

This kind of agitating and interference is going on in many blue states. These states consider themselves to be sanctuary states and sanctuary cities. There is no such thing but these blue states really make it sound legitimate. Federal law will always trump state laws. No pun intended. Agitators are paid and recruited to keep illegal aliens from being removed. What gets me is that according to immigration laws, if you are not a citizen and do not have permission to be in the US, then you are breaking the law. You must leave the United States. Period. Yet, democrats and the left believe that everyone in the US should be here. How can you be a member of Congress and not know that you are lying? And any members of Congress that are on the House Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement and not know our immigration laws should not be on that committee. What those members should be doing is upholding the laws on the books instead of spewing lies and keeping people riled up.

I will end with this. Fact: Pretti was not innocent in this situation and neither were the other agitators. They broke the law by being within an established perimeter that is set by law enforcement during warrant roundups and incidents. He and all these other agitators should have been arrested and charged with interference and local law enforcement should have helped in transport and booking of said agitators. Pretti did not deserve to die. He should have gone to jail. Yes, he had a concealed gun on him, which was also lawful as he had a concealed license. But taking that weapon, knowing you are going to act a fool and there might be consequences, not smart at all. A very bad decision on Pretti’s part. This goes back to critical thinking. Just because you can, does not mean you should.
